Grand jury charges in Manhattan cabbie attack same as those lodged by NYPD
NEW YORK — A Putnam County college student accused of stabbing a Muslim cab driver because of his religion was indicted on the same felony hate-crime charges for which he was arrested last week, Manhattan prosecutors confirmed today.
