My favourite writer, ever. HST was not afraid of taking risks and trying all kinds of new stuff. Plus when I read “Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas” it seemed like he was an impulsive bullshit-artist.

Loved Thompson…90% of his political view was a heaping pile of steaming dog shit…. With out a doubt the greatest journalist …ever.

this guy is highly overateded. i mean hey rube was one of the most awful publication i read. i enjoyed the rum diary and the great shark hunt and campaign 72. its his persona that people love most have never read his books
